John E. Collins Professional Experience:

John E. Collins concentrates his practice in the areas of education law and employment law. John E. Collins represents numerous school districts throughout New Jersey in all areas affecting their operation.

In addition, John E. Collins has served as the municipal prosecutor in Willingboro Township since 1984, giving John E. Collins the distinction of being the current municipal prosecutor with the longest continuous service in Burlington County.

Earlier in his career, John E. Collins served as Assistant Counsel for the New Jersey School Boards Association (NJSBA).

During that time, John E. Collins appeared in the Superior Court-Appellate Division and New Jersey Supreme Court on behalf of the Association in many landmark cases which had statewide impact for local school districts.

Prior to Parker McCay, John E. Collins had his own practice in Mount Holly for ten years where he gained extensive experience in personal injury, employment discrimination, matrimonial, criminal, workers' compensation and sports law.

In 1994, John E. Collins merged his practice with Carroll and Weiss in Lawrenceville, which ultimately merged with Parker McCay in 2000.
